- Assist with mailings, online and hard-copy.
- Track return of Renewal Questionnaires and coordinate accurate and timely data entry.
- Book policies.
- Handle institution requests.
- Service vendors.
- Maintain and coordinate open items with service providers.
- Support the front desk.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to organize time effectively.
- Ability to maintain a number of projects with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
- Bond experience a plus.
- Solid technical skills in the area of commercial property & casualty and/or personal lines insurance and risk management.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems.
- Experience with agency management software.
