JOB OVERVIEW

J H Berry is seeking a motivated customer service representative. Job duties would consist of…

  • Timely issue Certificates of Insurance.
  • Assist with mailings, online and hard-copy.
  • Track return of Renewal Questionnaires and coordinate accurate and timely data entry.
  • Book policies.
  • Handle institution requests.
  • Service vendors.
  • Maintain and coordinate open items with service providers.
  • Support the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to organize time effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a number of projects with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bond experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • Solid technical skills in the area of commercial property & casualty and/or personal lines insurance and risk management.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience with agency management software.
