We are looking for client support team members to assist our operations leaders in the areas of commercial risk, human capital, stop-loss, personal risk and benefit technology. You will help manage tactical services directly impacting clients on a daily basis. In this role, you should be well-organized, adaptable with an ability to learn. Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential. If you also have a willingness to learn and grow, we would like to speak with you. Responsibilities
Act as a contact for day-to-day service requests from clients or operations leaders
Develop client presentations and request for proposals (e.g. proposals, slides, analyses)
Create/analyze spreadsheets for client projects
Assist in placing coverage on behalf of clients
Assist in distributing client essential
Answer phone calls from clients to assist with policy questions
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Monitor project progress, timelines and deliverables to operations leaders
Submit regular status reports
Maintain data and records in appropriate systems
Support all company established policies
Requirements
Ability to take workflow from multiple leaders
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
Attention to detail
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Desire to learn new skills
Alabama insurance license (bonus for license, will be job requirement within first 90 days)
Compensation
Salary – TBD based upon experience, represents 80%-90% of total cash compensation
Performance Bonus – Based upon achievement to measurable goals: 10%-20% of total cash compensation
